Lampshared, 2013
Lampshared are the result of an intervention I did at ikea where I assembled lampshades into sculptures, placed some on cardboard bases, arranged them and photographed them until I was asked to leave the store. Their connection to some ideas I work through, light/illumination through painting and photography, questioning what installation art is, reworking street art, thinking about modernism a strange way to think of appropriation and site-specific work
